Saehyun Kim,
1st Grand Prize of the 2025 Long-Thibaud competition

Having just turned 18 yers old, the South Korean pianist Saehyun Kim began his career in Seoul prior to continuing his training in the USA. Winner of several Excellence Awards in 2024, he then joined the double Harvard/NEC program.

Already having won numerous international competitions, Saehyun Kim was unamimously awarded the Grand Prize of the Long-Thibaud Competition as well as the Press Prize and the Public Prize.

He performs solo with orchestras including the Orchestra of the Republican Guard, the National Orchestra of Korea as well as the Philharmonics of Sendai and Arkansas. He has been invited to perform at prestigious venues around the world including Jordan Hall in Boston, the Seoul Arts Center and the Yamaha Hall in Tokyo. In France, he has been welcomed to the Louis Vuitton Foundation and to this year’s La Roque d’Anthéron Festival.
